Hi! I am a Seattle based Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PY61093446) for the state of Washington, working with individual adults, young adults, and couples. Foundational to my practice is the idea that we all deserve to be seen, understood, felt, and cared for. Human beings do best when in connection with each other. We need support and understanding from others when we are in pain, confused, scared, or sad. I bring my full self into the therapy room and will meet you with a compassionate, mind-body approach to help you create meaningful relationships with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

My office is in the Fremont Professional Center in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. I offer in-person appointments Monday-Tuesday and virtual appointments Wednesday-Thursday.
